2008 Rental Rate Highlights:
We have certain "minimum stay" requirements for our villa.
During peak season, holidays and certain island special events we will require a one week minimum stay.
During the off-season we require a 3 night minimum stay.

Our goal is to provide you with a premium vacation experience. To that end - we include many items within the rate structure.
The only incremental charges above the rates you see here are the taxes required by the State of South Carolina - and a 5% booking fee to cover our local rental agency.
Specifically - we do not charge incremental fees to cover cleaning, linens and amenity passes.
