How close is your villa to the beach?

Our villa is located very near The Beach Club. We are approximately a 10 minute walk to the closest beach access point. However - the island has many different access points. Each beach access point has several parking spaces if you would like to drive and park.

What is your pet policy?

We allow small dogs in our villa. Typically animals 25 pounds or less. We do not allow large dogs and we do not allow cats under any circumstances. If you would like to bring your pet - please contact us so we can discuss further.

How do the amenity passes work?

The amenity passes are required to gain access to any of the islands amenities. For example: Beach Club Pools, Golf, Tennis, Equestrian Center, Fitness Center, Restaurants. You will have to go to the office to pick up your cards. The office will require a credit card on file and then will give you your cards. The credit card is used to cover any incremental costs you incur while using the amenities. The entire island is now "cashless" - so any charges will hit your amenity card and subsequently your credit card on file.

What is your high-speed internet configuration?

We have a high-speed DSL connection in the villa. Additionally - we have a wireless router that will allow you to connect your laptop throughout the villa. We include connection instructions. The wireless SSID is not broadcasted - but we include details on how to connect.

Are you a ground level unit - or second floor unit?

We are a ground floor unit in the High Hammock Villa complex. There are no stairs involved with our villa.
